Shenzhen IDV Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. has established a strict and effective organization, there are four departments below the general manager, they are business department, project department, financial department and administrative department. The close communication between all the departments contribute to ensuring the timely operation of company.

The project department includes 4 parts (Budget department, engineering department, design department, purchase department) to distribute the works, so we can promise and guarantee the quality and development of each project. Owing to the concerted effort from all the employees in IDV, we have formed a high quality and effective work team with hundreds of projects. All of these achievements have demonstrated the completeness of IDV's management system and organizational structure.
